No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on the balcony. No parties or events of any kind. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM. No pets unless approved prior to booking. Please respect neighbors and community spaces. Do not move furniture or décor. No tampering with WiFi, smoke detectors, or security devices. Report any damage immediately. Wash dishes or start the dishwasher before checkout. Turn off lights & lock all doors when leaving. Remove all trash and place it in the designated bin at checkout. No mail or packages may be delivered to the unit. Check-out is at 11 AM unless otherwise approved.
